EdgeWork is a simple and gentle Neuro-based technique for pain relief and restoration of restricted range of motion.

The general principal of EdgeWork is to explore a movement slowly and gently to discover the point in the movement when it starts to change from comfort to discomfort, this is the edge.

There are 3 main components of EdgeWork, Nudging, Scraping the Barrel and Stacking the Deck. In video one, cory talks you through an example of EdgeWork for the knee in a seated position when not weight bearing and in video two in a standing weight bearing position.
