How often should I get a massage?

That's all going to depend on your goals for getting massage in the first place, there's no ideal frequency.

Some people feel a regular massage each month or so keeps them feeling and functioning at their best, whilst other people will only get a massage when something feels like it needs so work. Both are valid and effective.

If you're experiencing some simple nagging aches and pains, just one or two sessions might be enough to make you feel better.

If on the other hand, you're trying to combat a chronic issue, you may find a series of massage treatments works best to get you feeling how you want.
