What type of massage do I need?

That's going to depend on what you want to get out of the session.

If you want to relax and destress you'll need a completely different massage to someone who wants relief from a shoulder impingement.

I've trained with some exceptional massage instructors from around the world and have a vast toolbox of massage techniques and styles at my disposal.

Saying that, I've also developed my own unique way of working that's effective for my clients and suits my body mechanics and philosophy.

My clients tend to describe my massage style as slow and firm or gentle but persuasive. I'll often throw in some passive stretches, movements and mobilisations to get your body moving too.
