I've also included some great short videos that help to explain pain in a helpful way.

Self massage techniques are becoming increasingly popular with the cascade of different foam rollers and massage balls on the market. Although very helpful these techniques do have their limitations. You'll find a selection of ideas on how to use these tools safely and effectively.

Simple exercises and movements can be really helpful in battling nagging aches and pains whilst also improving your body awareness and range of motion. I've presented a few easy but effective techniques to cover a range of issues and problems. I'm sure you'll find something to help you.

You'll also find information and advice on mindfulness, meditation and breathing practices which over and over again have been shown to help combat pain, stress and anxiety.
